SANYO SGP-E190K1GU2W freezes in the radiator (NO SUPPORT FOR PORTUGAL!)

Hi!
I'm responsable for two SANYO SGP-E190 and I don't have support for more than a year since PANASONIC bought SANYO.
One is stopped since last official support intervention waiting for a pressure sensor. The other miraculously is still running with the labor of two!
I need to buy some spare parts to put it running and some tips to avoid the working one from collapses.
Now the two radiators are freezing and I don't know how to fix this.
Can you help me on this and give me some tips?

If it's heating then the outside will frost up, fairly normal.

Try www.oceanairuk.com for spares, i use them, quite helpful.
