Finding the kw rating of a cooler

Is it possible to work out the kw rating of a cooler without knowing the manufacture's design.
The cooler in question was manufactured by a company that has now gone under so i can't get any information on it. Is there any measurements i can take that i can use to work this out please.

The manufacturer is Premi-aire which has been taken on by Coolers and Condensers. Unfortunately they can't help. Here is the info i have.

the 12.5 might be kw have you looked at the tev to see the duty or the duty of the compressor
