Vibration pads

Does anybody have any web sites explaining why we fit vibration pads on to the outdoor units I can,t find any as I need to show a client and he says there no need for them.

This sums it up...if the customer doesn't take your advice i would document it and fit as he requests. If and when you get called back to a noisy unit you can charge for the service of fitting some pads. If people won't listen they deserve to pay ;)
