Samsung vrf !!!

Hi , iv got z friend working on a Samsung vrf system and he says he's got an icon of a phone on controller , anyone know what this may indicate ??

ive had a quick look at a dvm3 service manual but its massive and i havent spotted anything.

what series of dvm product is it? what indoor head model? what controller type?

Phone appears on the MCM-A100 panel which goes addition to the central MCM-A202A panel, and allows to supervise operating modes. Connects with the central plugs on C1-C2.
Designates an error of communication.

Hi,
The telephone symbol indicates and error has occured - and that's it!.
To access which error press the test button and error codes should be displayed. Errors also displayed on outdoor LED board.
Let us know what error code it is and we'll try to point you in the right direction.

Hi, my mate is has the outdoor model now
RVMR100GCMO he now has an outdoor pcb showing CH fault? Any ideas would help.

CH is not a fault.
It means the Crank-case Heater has been energised. The system won't run with this on.
CH can be displayed up to 2hrs depends on temp - the engineer just has to wait for it to dissapear.
