Anyone had any problems with two way heat pump driers failing, specificaly the check valve breaking up and blocking the drier in one direction of flow?

Any manufacturers you would recommend or avoid?

Drier manufacturers or heat pump manufacturers???

If it's drier's Danfoss DMB range
If it's heatpumps depends on the application

Sporlan two way driers, HH165's

The original Alco ones were ok, wish i hadn't changed them now!

Sporlan are usually OK can only recall one failing and that was a long time ago.
Try to stick to Danfoss mainly as I don't have to pay the bill.
Not a fan of Alco at all could tell a few horror stories about thier stuff.

Bi-flow driers on a 80kw system seems like a cheap option, from memory the sporlans have a sprung loaded internal bypass if differential gets too high, could be totaly wrong though. I prefer Sporlan.
