I,ve got a york ycaa chiller thats program has changed, i suspect its due to a power cut and the back up rtc battery on the amb board being duff.

The program has changed from chiller to heatpump and only two compressors are enabled one per system instead of two per system.

The question is can the batteries be replaced or is it a new board, and how to reprogram the controller.

Is it an ISN keypad, up/down arrows, options button etc? If so it's similar to the YCCD units, battery is a seperate part no: 031-00955-000 Clock/lit Battery, (for the YCCD)

Had one fail recently, you can reprogram through options button to tell it to be a chiller:)
