In my heat pump I have compressor ZH45K4E is it possible to connect it to frequency converter (to make it variable speed)? I understand there can be problems with greasing as oil circulation may decrease, but may be runing at 70-80% will not be harmfull, also COP will go down. Anybody has experience with it?

Now days I would install varaible speed compressor designd specially for this kind of operation and control.

They do not recommend it but it may be possible if you can get clearance from Emmerson.

Read para 5.14, here...

from 5.14..... is possible but should not be done without specific Application Engineering review.

Thanks a lot. I will try to push some info from local representative and in meantime will start installation of ABB inverter.
