RTAC400 Chiller

Hi,
we have 2 trane chillers and we have one that is running more on load status than the one on lead.advise anyone? thought the 1 on lead should be running more load than the 1 on lag.

equal flow rates accross evaps??- check run hours and number of starts.
are the start delay and setpoint the same, check calibration of evap probe sensors
