I need a couple of 50K NTC temp probes (water proof) for a chiller. Any ideas where i can get some off the shelf or a company that will make them to spec?

I need to get this running again asap, waited a couple of weeks for parts from main agent and then it turned out to be the wrong part!

Might try making some, thermistors dirt cheap from RS...

What does this nr. on temp probe mean 3K, 50K? I need a 3K sensor, how does temp.-resistance grapg look?

It generally means the the resistance will be 3k ohms or 3000 ohms at a set temperature like 20C or whatever the manufacturer has used as reference temperature.

Heres a chart i found,
