Hi guys
help needed. I have a daikin vrv system running on r22 not sure of model but I keep getting a LC fault every 1 to 2 weeks . At this stage I have swapped over every pcb board on the unit with the unit next to it to eliminate which pcb boards at fault .the only thing I haven't changed is the noise filter board.fault came back today and also on a totally different unit .does anyone reckon it might be there power supply dropping a phase every now and again.or am I missing something .these are very old units but any help would be great.
cheers

Can't download that file . Did read that noise filter could be an issue but voltage seemed ok across the phases .

Hi there,
I had identical problem very recently in Central London. Changed main board and inverter board (ooooh pricey!!!).
This had cured it for me. The system I worked on would run for 3-4 minutes then go into LC fault, so on advice just changed both. The noise filter board didn't even get mentioned.

Had this problem today .. Lc , all it was , was a lost L2 phase .,due to crisp isolator wiring , sorted the wiring cleared fault
