Daikin vrv error code 88

Hi

Does any body know what 88 error code is on daikin vrv system need to check as the job is a five hour drive away

88 is not a normal fault code. This is the normal start up screen on the remote controller. It could be a faulty controller that is not initiating properly. Try carrying out a power reset.

Check wiring is connected to P1 & P2 terminals indoor unit, check wiring on back of remote control terminals

It means you have power on remote controller, but dont have worked link board.

Thanks for getting back owner is now saying u4 there are 11 indoor wall mounts don,t know that code

U4 error is a communication error between indoor and outdoor unit, outdoor and bs unit.
Check there is power at indoor units, outdoor, might even be a power reset outdoor and indoor units.
