COMM_ERR on Daikin FTXS35J + onlinecontroller KKRP01A (heating pump)

I have experienced problems with my onlinecontroller which is connected to a Daikin heating pump. I often (every week / second week) receive Comm_err and cannot acccess via www.onlinecontroller.eu

Anyone who knows what causes this problem?

Indoor unit: FTXS35J
Outdoor unit: RXS35J

disconnect it and run the nit with the wireless remote-see if there is a fault on the unit
