Mondial Elite lxx60 chiller cabinet error codes and setup problems

Hi,
I have a Mondial Elite Lxx60 refrigerated cabinet
it has started to go weird in that it wants to freeze to -7 degress
i have managed to get the pages from the manual that tell me the settings it should be set to
but when i try setting them
3 of the settings are on -46 when they should be set to figures between 1-10 ish
but the other setting let me adjust to correct settings and stay put when powered off and on again etc
unit goes to DF ( i assume defrost?) and PD (any ideas what that is?)
i have emailed mondial direct, they replied and asked serial number, then choose to ignore any further emails and not reply at all !
Any help would be much appreciated
also anyone know if the weird f-shape evaporation tray is available from anywhere and what price?
