Clivet wsan-xin 71

Hi
i have a problem with a clivet wsan-xin 71. the alarm is E020 and it does not reset. Have anybody any idea? thanks

e20 freeze protection- there is a manual reset- check your pumps are working, no air in system and flow switch operates and stops when the pumps stop,sensors display an accurate reading,and setpoint isn't too low
