Panasonic aquarea heat pump

Hi,does anyone knows what the switch SW2 regulates at the indoor unit of an aquarea Panasonic heat pump?

doesn't mention anything in the service manual, the 4 dipswitches are in the same position on all versions so it isn't capacity

i know that it doesn't mention anything in the service manual,but i'm still puzzled why is there for?
At one 16KW LTH i had an error code H12(Indoor/Outdoor capacity unmatched) every 2 days.
I've put the dipswitches 2&4 to off position and for the past 10 days the error code disappeared!!

12.11 Base Pan Heater Control (Optional)

To enable the base pan heater function, pin 3 of SW2 of water system PCB has to be switched from OFF to ON position.
