Hi peeps, I was just wondering if anyone has a fault list for a lennox chiller with a kp02 controller. I can't get any info anywhere and lennox technical are ok, but dont have the info.

I have a lch 853 with a 117 code and a 953 with a 37 and 12 code.

Any help or technical info would be appreciated.

I do have variable list for both these chillers, but only up too 100 and I cant change them as I dont have password.

The website site is rubbish, I had to change a kp07 controller to an kp02 and there technical department wouldn't tell me much about it. I kept getting a pb con fault on kp02, in the end I worked out i had to flick a dip switch on the kp01 to activate the controller.

They was happy to send me and engineer though.

yep lennox are quite happy to send u an engineer- for about 400quid a day- the northern engineer lives in Huddersfield , your lucky to get 6hrs out of him!! and to get a price for parts you have to email Europe, they wont answer the phone- and after 3weeks of waiting for parts you open the box to find they sent ya the wrong bit!

He lives near me then. £400 a day is a bit steep.

I think the 12 fault is suction temperature probe and according to the kp02 controller variable 71 is on (expansion opening fault circuit 3) so that maybe the 37 fault.

Can I correct a mistake as its a lch 984 not 953

117(or mn7 in the manual) is internal protection, i have a faulty motor protection unit (proven today). To be fair the lennox guy did tell me but i was confused by the mn which m= circuit and n= compressor

Hope this helps any future reader.
