Searching for books on quick-freezing plants

Good afternoon, colleagues.

I am looking for books on quick-freezing plants, preferably working on the basis of air Turbo-refrigerating machines. Also interested in literature about the types of freezers, freezing process and everything related to this issue.
Year of publication of the book should not be earlier than 2008. I hope something will be. thanks in advance

I searched for "spiral freezer" & "industrial quick freezing" there is a lot of information out there.

Spiral, belt, plate.....

I doubt that there is a book on it specifically!

There is a lot of information on Internet. There are articles, brochures, advertising, but no books.

but unfortunately it is useless because of it's antiquity. I need some current literature to translate it from English to Russian for my research in postgraduate course.
