Kastel flaker

Hi All
First time using this site.
I am working on a Kastel flaker that is throwing out a lot of water with the ice and cutting out on the gearbox motor internal overload and very hot to touch. refrigerant R404a charge is correct as i recovered vaced and weighed in. I also dropped the water tank level but this didnt help any suggestions would be appreciated.

What are the refrigerant pressures? I would expect around 2.5 bar suction and 17 bar discharge.
If the suction pressure is higher than normal this could indicate a failing compressor resulting in poor ice formation and overheating gearbox motor.
