Airwell 2 pipe vrf E-06 fault

Please could someone help.

I have installed an Airwell vrf system (same kit as Sanyo), it has 6 indoor wall mount units and it has a re occuring
E-06 fault, this is a communication error between indoor unit and condenser.

There is 1 unit on each floor and the problem has occured on 2 of the units on different occasions.
When we attend site, we have reset power and the system runs fine whilst we are on site (all day)
Then they call to say it has E-06 error again.

we have tightened all mains electrical connections and checked our comms cable.

I have installed a 1.5 screened cable but i have not terminated the screened core, i spoke to Airwell and they advise that it should be at one end (im pressuming in the condenser)

Can anyone advise me on terminating the screened core or not?

Also advise on the correct procedure of powering system back up? im not 100% sure its been previously done correct.

and any other advice on clearing this fault.

Don't know much about Airwell (or Sanyo) but if earthing the screen, connect all the shielding together and earth at the condenser.
Make sure the earth at the condenser is a decent one - not just a bodged cable on a corroded water pipe.
