Discharge Line sizing?

Im just looking at sizing a Discharge pipe from a selection of tables and I'm not sure if I should use the THR (Condenser duty kW) or just the compressor refrigeration capacity kW as my figure to select??

Can anyone advise me please.

Base on evaporator duty, volumetric flow of vapour through compressor. The THR is applied to condenser selection.
