mcquay chiller exv driver error

i have the following error on mcquay chiller. (D04 exv driver battery error). Both fault and power lights are flashing and the plan light is on with the rest off. i am really stumped if anyone could assist me it would be much appreciated.

Check Battery voltage and resistance level in compressor menu. If battery voltage is low and resistance is high you need to either replace battery, check carel charging module for correct volatge output or fuse in battery compartment.
