Hi,
Any ideas on what sort of head pressure you'd expect to have on a R22 APAC split ducted system?
Appreciate any advice, thanks

What gideon said for apac designed for australian conditions but i would expect those pressures only on a day 25 degrees outside temp and over and the condenser being in sunlight not out of sunlight. Lower outside ambients than 25 degrees can range from 160psi to 250 psi. It also depends on your indoor load the cooler it is inside the lower your head pressure will be because your evap temp and pressure are and will be slightly lower and the unit has less work to do. Then with the higher or warmer the indoor load is the higher the head pressure because your evap temp and pressure has raised. Now that aside when you start getting up to around 32 degrees plus outside ambient your head pressure may even get close to 300 psi no matter what the indoor load is so dont freak when you see it in those kind of outside ambient temps lol
