Hi guys has anybody any experience with aermec units I got a call to a block of apartments today. They have 1 outdoor controlling 6 wall mounted type units as far as I can figure there is 2 water pipes from outdoor looped to all 6 indoor units there is only 1 control from the hall to outdoor unit with a 7 core cable so it's all heat or all cool. I am pretty sure there is a problem with the controller. It wont send any signal to outdoor to run I have tried to bypass the controller and I can get it to run no problem on cool but no mater what I do it won't heat has anybody any tips I could try tomorrow before I try and get new controller In case I am looking in wrong place it's my first time working with this type of unit .Thanks all

I forgot to mention that a spark had moved the controller inside during renovations he assured me that he connected it back up the same way but its only since then it's started to give trouble unfortunately I can't find a diagram to check
