What exactly is your MTA Phoenix as a web search brings up a lot of different items under that title. Is it a chiller, a bus or anything similar?

Hi Brian, it could very well double as a bus :-)

Strange scenario as this is just a temperory installation:
Machine draws in excess of 600A at full load but client only has 200A available.
It is a trial-run and only 20% of full capacity will be needed. I understand that the
delivery capacity can be limited in the controller.
What I mostly need to know is..how to perform a pre-inspection and what to look out for.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.
