Adhesive Thermal Mastic

I'm familiar with Virginia Chemicals PM25 thermal mastic which assists heat transfer between evaporator tubes and flat plate if applied as a fillet on iether side of the pipe, but does anyone know of a similar substance which can perform this function but also bond the evaporator to the flat plate?
Would be most grateful for any ideas.
