Integrated fridge freezer issue

Hi all

I have a diplomat apm6012 which is about 3years old.

A few weeks ago the freezer decided to defrost itself and all the food was ruined. Anyway now the freezer seems to be cold enough (-16.5deg) but fridge is +11deg.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

How much would a regas cost and where can I get this done from?

Prices vary in regions,integrated means the appliance will have to be removed from the fittings to regas and check what else it could be.
Also may be compressor isn't running as efficiently so an engineers visit will be necessary either way.
Suggest you check with local companies what labour costs might be involved.
