A3 Indoor Malfunction of drain Level control system

you got a problem with the drain. The pump is running too long and the float isn't dropping down within time..

youve got faulty floating switch,sensor etc......

cassette lift pumps on daikins run constantly when in cooling mode and for 1 minute afterwards, either slime /crap in ur drip tray or the drain off the unit is blocked- on the outside of the cassette remove the jubilee clip on the drain - see if it pumps into a bucket, then if this is ok, blow down the drain pipe you disconnected- it may be healthier using compressed air butit gives you a few pointers to check, if the drain is clear and the condensate pump shifts water then the hi lmit float switch may be stuck/jammed- or as a last resort unplug the float plug off the pcb, in uk its a yellow 2 core wire, test continuity on the plug- i have had a float switch fail when all is ok.

I bet it's been many moons since the drain pan was removed and cleaned ;)

we found snake in it .
