We have a customer who has a walk in freezer which the condensing unit and evaporator fans are not working,and the controller has 3 horizontal lines showing what does the display mean?:confused: Many Thanks

It's goosed, swap for a Dixell and off you go! Without the controller active nothing will run.

its not goosed its in safety locked mode ,the first post hawco is the one you can ring them they have an excellent helpline!
