Sanyo ECOi Mini VRF H31 Fault

[Slim R410a]

Hi guys,

Trying to find a service manual for a Sanyo SPW-CR485GXH56B Mini VRF outdoor unit.

The system has 5No. 600sq cassettes connected to 1No. controller showing H31 fault.

I have established the H31 as: Compressor Fault. IPM Trip. (IMP Current On Temperature)

Any help appreciated. :)

Thanks for the help but there's no mention of any fault codes in there, just checks.

Not for your specific unit but maybe close enough.

Power it down and check the resistance between HIC+ and U.V.W . Then do the same from HIC- .
Can't remember the value off the top of my head but they should be balanced.
Also check the heatsink duct behind the electrical box isn't clogged with leaves and crap.
