Anyone out there have knowledge of TG2000?

While 'tinkering' about - I managed to delete all the monitoring screen graphics for 350+ units :(

I wondered if there is a way of restoring them from a back up file??

Major concern is - will the systems continue to run while I do this - as the site has a major server room

What you backup actually from backup tool?

Typical backup zip file consist of MSSQL7 database files and floor folder I believed.

(1) Execute "detach" on the desktop.
(2) Copy and overwrite the four or five files (MJ310xxx something like that) into "c:\MSSQL7\Data" folder.
(3) Copy and overwrite the Floor folder to "c:\TG2000" folder
(3) Execute "attach" on the desktop. and execute TG2000A from "start up" or alternatively you can restart your PC.
