Refrigerant recovery method statement and risk assessment

Hi all I have got a job to recover refrigerant from 35 split A/C unit, the contractor requires a risk assessment and method statement .....HELP where can I find these....cheers

I work for my self I am the office

plan b then, i can take a piccy of some tomoz and e mail em ya as a sample
method statement is how your gonna do the work, inc signing in, obtain work permit, liase with site contact, degas systems using 110v equipment, weigh into reclaim bottles, nick all the copper, weigh in, tidy site

risk assesment is sticking numbers against the the risks that apply to the job in hand, and multiply the risk x likelihood to work out the severity- all crap, make sure they add up to less than 6- i just stick 1's and 2's on it
