York Centrifical 2k Surging

Im getting a surge fault every couple days on this chiller, When it goes down My evap aproach is 7.7 witch wicked high and my condenser aproach is in the negitive, I believe this is a water flow issue but I have no trending ways to prove it. Any sugestiong would help. Thanks

Controls, the temperature, the flow rate, and the cleaning of the condenser.

you should take care of this fast or this will prove very costly !
if when the unit is working your approach is 7 deg !! clean your condenser ,you should also make sure you have the correct water pressure drop across the condenser!
