Its good & has a lot to offer, compressor intimate details & vessel engineering details.
Not sure why you would ask unless you had to pay for it(but its for free).
Its just another tool which is pretty handy if you want to know about Frick screws especially.

No, I wouldn't know where to buy nor would I. I was interested if they would give it to anyone other than their select group.
