Here i have a chiller with reverse return piping to cool down the machines.i want to add up a new machine in the chilled water circuit. How should i incorporate it in the circuit.it has 2" piping connections and 400ft apart from the chiller and other machines.

I would suggest a separate, pumped, circuit connected to your main lines.

Are you going to uprate your main chilled water pumps to allow for this extra flow?
