Chiller for RO unit

Hi guys,
I am trying to design a cooling unit for a water purification unit. the flow rate is 27200 L/hr and I want an 8 degree (40 - 32) reductio in the temperature. I am planning a chiller kind of design (passing the product flow pipe through a cooling unit). Do you think this is feasible

Hi friend we r mfg chiller till 10Tr for r.o. purifiers. And 10 tr online chiller gives u 1200 ltr/ hr at 30.c inlet and 8.c leaving at 35.c ambiant. But u r talking abt 27000ltr/ hr so i think its gonna be huge. Abt200Tr?
