Samsung Option Codes Not Working

[Slim R410a]

Hi all,

I have briefly looked at 3No. AQV09NSAN/AQV09NSAX all have the same fault.

Indoor fan will run with solid green led for 6-7 minutes then shut off with both red and green leds flashing together (outdoor unit error).
We have tried option codes 08E77717724C & 08477717524E with no joy - just wanted some advice before returning back to customer with a cost to rectify etc. Have not yet checked outdoor pcb leds as the visit was just a quick survey.

Thanks for the reply but unfortunately the code has not worked and the problem still persists.

Anything else we can try before returning to site?

Thanks again, but the owner has tried all the codes on all 3 systems with no joy.
