How much heat release per hour (in watt) form a adult human body ? Which need to consider to calculate cooling load of a room?

CIBSE guide gives between 90W and 140W depending on how energetic the people are. Someone sitting at a desk Tweeting or on Facebook will be nearer 90W and someone doing manual labour will be nearer 140W

When the ambient is higher then your temp. the body absorbs heat,[will never accrue in the UK]

As Frank says, it varies.
The figures he quotes are generally OK but just be aware that not everybody falls within the norm.

My wife for example - 0W...
Young ladies in a gym - anything up to 1kW depending on how many men are watching.
