Need help with r404 chiller diagnostics

Hi.Was called out to a counter chiller unit today useing r404.The unit at first glance seemed to be working but when the lid is opened,the temperature creaps up...Tried blowing out condensor coils but made no difference..Any suggestions extremely welcome.First post ever made

Subcooling OK?
Superheat OK?
The temp of the air entering the condensor?

Hi

If you close lid does it run fine again?
Just asking because it might take all air through the lid ,not through the condenser.
i need more specs for the machine you`re about to fix for better answers. :)
