View Full Version : If my remote has no display

is it dead , or a problem elswhere ?
Its a daikin remote ... has no readout at all, and the system is not working.
has power.

I assumed it was a wall mounted but yes try that first in the meantime press the on/off button on the actual indoor unit

I was just being flipant as usual! :D But as RB states the manual/test run button would confirm it will run.

Personally i'd phone daikin tech and ask what to test to see if the remote or unit is faulty (having firsts checked fuses, connections, mcbs, outdoor unit for led codes etc)

the button on the indoor enables auto mode ,setpoint 24 and low fan
theres a reset button o the remote where the batteries are or on the back. if youve got no display on the controller and youve changed the batteries,and the batteries are in the correct way and no scale in the battery terminals then u need new controller-prob dropped
