Hotpoint HM311 Fridge freezer ice and warm

Hi guys,

I've recently moved into a house with a Hotpoint HM311 fridge freezer. Now the freezer appears to be working fine but the fridge is getting frost on the back of the top shelf but the back of the fridge below this point is warm to touch. I've checked round the back and the coils are clean and not dusty. Any ideas?

As this was an integrated unit I've taken it out of its enclosure for a while which makes the fridge overall a bit cooler but there's still a "warm patch" on the back wall? Any input would be much appreciated! :)
