Hi,
I have fitted a new indoor pcb complete with sensors, the option code I have is 066064-170373 I have reset the remote control and input the code, and now the indoor unit doesn't 'Ding' when switching on or off and the outside unit has no power to it? The digital display has a clock and temp numbers i.e 22 which can be plus or minus using the remote control.
Any ideas?

Thanks Steve for all your help, I have tried this code originally 066064-170373 and still not working, It must be the new PCB i have fitted, not sure I will contact Samsung.
