Hi all.
I have condensing unit on semihermetic reciprocated compressor. It will work on freezing room, evaporating temperature -27C, suction pipe is very shot. I need to use suction accumulator because unit will use for frezzing, I think that oil separator also needs becaurse there will be low evaporating temperature. Am I right or oil separator may be not nessesary?

1) It is better to use oil separator since the evap temp is -27 deg c ........better to keep oil off the evaporator than loose the capacity .
As much as low oil in evaporator , it helps to better the system efficiency.
2) accumulator would be of help since after defrost cycle termination, there is a possibility of liquid carry-over .........

Does oil separetor need if in system (low or medium temperature) there is suction accumulator or not?
