Also looks like one of the directors has done a deal and restarted as AMS:
new company called AMS Yorkshire Ltd has been set up. It was formed on 4th July and the sole director is 42 year old Matthew Nelson who is also a director of Airedale Mechanical & Electrical Ltd. It's possible that some sort of pre-pack deal was done on the Administration.
