IP address for carel webgate

Could anyone advise me on how to check the IP address on a carel webgate.
looks to me as the webgate has lost its IP address.
Got 8 cases offline from this webgate the ethernet light is red showing no connection.
I know you can check it via the internet with the ethernet cable from the webgate to the laptop.
Can anyone give me any advice on the procedure for this:confused:

I don't know the carel, but if the ethernet light is not green would that suggest no internet, maybe check the cable, is there a small server in store, check this is still connected. IP as far as i know is set by the network?
