Today I was on call to a job site that has a FES cascade system that uses with three 2110GL and three 1435GL compressors,
one of the 2110 compressor is stuck, as I saw a lot copper scraps under the compressor, I think there must be a very serious damage inside the compressor, and the dismantle for inspection is inevitible,
I have done google search trying to find the part and service manuals but finally failed to get any useful information, the only one I thought it could be of help is a Grasso LT series compressor instruction manual,
by the image on the front cover, I suspect the Grasso LT and FES GL are actually the same product,
can any one here kindly help on clarifying my query? and if it is possible, I would also like to ask for the part list and service manual,

I will appreciate any information and advice.

Sorry, could not post the whole Grasso LT series instruction manual as the size is too big.

Hello Tung.
I have always believed that FES is the American brand name for Grasso.
When the FES GL series is searched on the GEA website the Grasso LT is listed as well.
So you may well be correct?

Sir,
the thing is clearer to me now that FES 2110 or 1435GL is the compressor unit package use with Grasso LT series compressor,
for example, for 2110GL, the compressor used is LT XF,
I have got the part list from one of my friends in USA, but not able to obtain the service manual,
I have checked the cross section view of the compressor and found the way of tearing down would be different from those Frick's which I am familiar with.
anyway I am still trying to figure out the correct procedures for the tear down work.

A humble request,
does anyone here ever have the experience on tearing down Grasso LT compressors?
and could kindly provide some instructions of the correct procedure?
I will appreciate your help.
