Hey guys,

I changed a compressor on a reyq14my1b unit and inverter board.
Once i started the unit up and put it in heating it started icing up from all 3 eevs back to the compressors. i have since seen it ice up as far back as the removeable core drier.
i have tested the pressure switchs, changed a eev that was sticking but still have not found out the root cause.

one of the other engineers suggested my scales werent reading correctly and the unit looked short of gas we added an additional 8 kgs of r410a, this helped to raise the pressures and some of the indoor units started to heat i went back there this morning and the pressures are back in sh#*t streak suctions below 450kpa and high side is at about 2100 kpa.

There isnt a leak as i done a full pressure test on the unit up to 55 degrees and vacced down to 800 - 700 microns and done a rise test.

This unit is giving me nightmares!
