samsung AQV12UGEX issues

Hi. New to this forum and have tried all the codes and things i could find.
This is my issue - the indoor unit stopped heating and cooling. it is only 6 months
old. When in cooling mode, the indoor fan works but does not cool. When in heat
mode, the indoor fan does not run at all.
I have a service manual which says the code is 547677d23d.
My issue with this is do you enter the code twice, when u enter it once the bottom
reads on - when u press mode again, it reads off at the bottom and all values are 00.
I entered them twice as this is the only way it will accept it. I push on/off, three
lights flicker at the same time and it still does not heat up.

My next question is where do you see these error codes that i read in the manual? How can i get the unit to show them to me.

I have the exact same unit in my second bedroom - is there some way to get the codes from that unit?

So, you have service manual and you are unable to resolve problems?
Now it is time to call service engineer which is able to understand service manual.

Hi. The service manual does not tell you how to get the unit to display the error codes.
I read in other posts that the unit might just need to be reset.
New to this, just trying to sort myself without having the sharks come and take me for a ride here in S.A.
Any advice - not comments would be appreciated.
