I have a Thermo King SL400E and in the main screen flashes ,
COMMUNICATION FAILURE – LOST CONTROLLER CONECT
specify that all fuses are good and that with another board, it works well.
I was thinking about reflash the controller....
if anyone has any suggestions would be a great help

If it's not giving up a code, the on/off switch seems a good bet.

Truck or trailer?

It´s a trailer TK SL 400 E with a smart refeer 2 HMI controller, as previously stated I managed to change the base controller interface with another one from another equipment and its working fine. All I want to know if its possible to reflash the base controller.With the TK Controller diagnostic tool (version 1.1.0) I managed to connect only to the SR2 HMI controller

to flash the controller you need wintrac and the relevent software I use 6540 and B052
