Hey, I'm new to the forum and i need some dire help.

I test a new unit (R404a) and baseline A compressor is with POE 68 and the replacement another one B is with PAG46. Tests indicates that repeat of B with mixed POE68 and PAG46 in the same system delivered about 5% less capacity at 0C/30C test condition, and 10% less capacity at -20C/30C test capacity, when comparing to baseline of A compressor with pure POE 68.

Other evaluation (independent tests) showed little difference on performance between A/POE68 and B/POE68 compressors of the same displacement.

Do you think due to mixed oil in the system, is it possible that it could cause reduced heat transfer effectiveness on evaporator, partially blocked system (at TXV, distributor circuit, suction, etc), reduced compressor flow rate or any other phenomenon that could result in reduced system capacity and system suction and discharge pressures(test data showed)?
