Sandwich chiller

Hi,

I have a problem with a chiller evap coil freezing up its a -

ELX
model - ssodwc12
pnc - 9vtx 330090
serial - 21800001

does any one have any information or a manual for one of these as im not sure on the fault codes that are flashing up.

Need to know what type of controller and what fault code.

Found the fault it was an E4 fault - evaporator probe fault thanks
